We do not hold a brokerage licence and do not represent buyers or sellers in any transaction.
Please consider before requesting removal
Akiya Japan reaches thousands of active international buyers each month who are specifically looking for property in Japan. Your listing appearing in our index is an additional discovery channel for your client — at no cost to you or them.
Removing a listing from our index does not affect the original listing on your site. It only removes the ability for our users to find and click through to it. If your client's property is still available, removal reduces their market reach without any corresponding benefit.
