The walls of the 1st-floor living and dining area have been painted, and the wallpaper in the 1st-floor washroom area and toilet area has been replaced, along with the washbasin. There is no dedicated parking space, but parking is available on the driveway in front of the house. If you want to create a parking space, you can purchase the lot across the street.
