This property, sumica Vol.5, is a newly renovated home located in Kyoto. The project began on July 7, 2020, chosen for its auspicious feng shui timing. The design prioritizes comfort and practicality, with a focus on natural light and ventilation thanks to its rare corner lot location with roads on two sides.

The living, dining, and kitchen area on the first floor features two floor heating units for warmth in winter. The kitchen is equipped with a wide 2400mm counter and a dishwasher for easy cleanup.
